Masterschool

I mentor the AI track at Masterschool Institute of Technology — technical coaching, project reviews, and career guidance for people switching into software and AI from other fields.

That's the part I like most: most of my students aren't career software engineers. They're switching in from other fields, often mid-career, betting on a hard reset. Watching someone go from their first Python script to shipping a real project is the most rewarding thing I do outside client work.

I've been doing this since 2024 and recently became a Masterschool Ambassador — recognised within the MSIT community for the mentoring.
